Come on down to the farm! Our family and friends have enjoyed its hospitality since 1878.

Naked Creek Farm, a 300-acre site near Geddes Mountain in Amherst County, has a family heritage that begins in the decade after the close of the  Civil War. A working farm for generations, its red clay furnished the bricks that build the 16 inch thick walls in the homestead.

Recently restored, this gracious farmhouse has two floors, an English basement, six original fireplaces, outbuildings and a front porch with a VIEW. Cattle graze in the nearby fields and there is no other structure in sight.

Located in the heart of Central Virginia, Naked Creek Farm is off Route 151 near the village of Clifford and close to the Town of Amherst. Lexington, Lynchburg and Charlottesville, with their many historical and cultural attractions, are within easy driving distance.
